1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ARC3D™ software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. ARC3D™ is provided by HSAN Studios, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom.
2. Licence Grant
HSAN Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for personal or professional architectural design purposes. You may not redistribute, sublicence, or reverse-engineer any part of the Software.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Purchases & Downloads
All download packages are one-time purchases. Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. No recurring charges or subscriptions apply.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and technology within ARC3D™ remain the intellectual property of HSAN Studios. Designs and projects you create using the Software remain your property.
6. Data & Privacy
Your data is stored locally on your device using browser storage (localStorage and IndexedDB). HSAN Studios does not collect, transmit, or store your project files on external servers unless you explicitly opt into cloud synchronisation. We are committed to GDPR compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HSAN Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss or design errors.
8. Professional Disclaimer
ARC3D™ is an AI-assisted design tool. As with any software that utilises artificial intelligence, errors, inaccuracies, and malfunctions may occur. HSAN Studios does not guarantee 100% accuracy of design outputs and accepts no responsibility for the completeness or correctness of any results produced by the Software. It is strongly recommended that all designs, plans, and documentation generated by ARC3D™ are reviewed and verified by a qualified architect, chartered structural engineer, or other appropriate professional body before submission to any local authority, planning department, or building control for approval.
9. Unlawful Use
HSAN Studios is not responsible for any unlawful use of the Software. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ARC3D™ and any outputs produced comply with all applicable laws, regulations, building codes, and professional standards. HSAN Studios accepts no liability for any consequences arising from the misuse of the Software or the submission of unapproved or non-compliant designs.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access systems or data not intended for you.
11. Modifications
HSAN Studios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
